Natali Madrigal , Editor/Content Lead
Nati is a third-year undergraduate at UIC studying communication and professional writing. She is motivated to connect Chicago writers through sharing stories and art about the good, bad, and ugly of finding unity in being held back by systemic barriers and pushing against them.
Ella Rappel, Editor/Engagement Lead
Ella is a third-year undergraduate student pursuing a degree in the Teaching of English and studying professional writing. Between her work with the Linguistic Justice Journal and Bonfire, UIC’s independent student newspaper, Ella is committed to uplifting and amplifying the diverse voices on UIC’s campus through writing.
Tylor Andrus, Editor/Design Lead
Ty is a fourth-year undergraduate at UIC studying professional writing and publishing. He is dedicated to celebrating Chicago’s diversity by sharing the unique stories and art of the local community to help fight against institutionalized inequality and systemic discrimination.
